Position- Sales Management Trainee
Location: Airoli Mumbai
Role Overview:
As a Sales Management Trainee in the Cloud/IT domain, you will gain hands-on experience in selling cloud solutions, understanding client needs, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to closure. This role is designed to fast-track your career into a full-time sales position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through research, outreach, and CRM tools
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client documentation
- Learn and articulate the value of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IT services
- Participate in client meetings, product demos, and sales calls with senior staff
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track sales pipeline activities
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align on go-to-market strategies
- Attend training sessions to build cloud knowledge and sales skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 0–6 months of experience in sales, business development, or cloud-related internships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of cloud computing and IT services is a plus
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
