Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Circle Head/Project Control Manager to define and achieve rollout targets.
- Validate RFE Survey reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Execute rollout plans at the circle level to meet deployment goals.
- Conduct Go & No-Go site inspections and resolve punch points.
- Oversee site engineers and SOLPAR resources, ensuring efficient task allocation.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress.
- Implement a Do-It-First-Time approach to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that only trained SOLPAR resources are deployed on-site.
- Coordinate with the Jio field team to resolve on-site issues and punch points.
