Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition who will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating with stakeholders, negotiating salary, and ensuring smooth onboarding including background verification.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.

  • Source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.

  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.

  • Ensure timely closure of open positions.

3. Salary Negotiation

  • Handle salary discussions and negotiations with shortlisted candidates.

  • Ensure compensation aligns with company policies and candidate expectations.

4. Background Verification

  • Coordinate and manage background verification (BGV) processes for selected candidates.

  • Ensure proper documentation and verification before onboarding.

5. Candidate Experience & Onboarding

  • Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.

6. Recruitment Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports related to hiring status, closures, and pipeline.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT or Non-IT).

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and recruitment tools.

Qualification

  • Any Graduate 

  • 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
