Role summary
Responsible for providing on-site physical assistance for IT infrastructure, including hardware installation, cable management, and basic troubleshooting under remote guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform power cycling of devices as instructed
Assist with cable patching and labeling
Replace faulty hardware components
Conduct visual inspections and report findings
Coordinate with remote teams for guided troubleshooting
Required Skills
Basic understanding of IT hardware
Physical ability to handle equipment
Basic TCP/IP Networking Cisco Routing, Switching, basic knowledge on Wireless Technology – WLC, Access Points, Various monitoring tools.
