Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled L2 Network Engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise networking technologies. The candidate will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and supporting network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

Mandatory Skills:

• Routing & Switching (R&S), Wi-Fi / Wireless Networking, SD-WAN, LAN / WAN Technologies, Zscaler

OEM Expertise: Juniper, Aruba, Zscaler

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support for network-related incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN
• Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitor network performance and ensure uptime and reliability
• Work closely with L3 teams for issue escalation and resolution
• Implement network changes as per project requirements
• Maintain documentation for configurations and troubleshooting steps

Key Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience in handling enterprise network environments
• Good understanding of network security and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-facing environment

Note:

• Experience in a manufacturing plant environment will be an added advantage
