About the Role:

 

We are looking for a Talent Attraction Partner to manage our early talent hiring programs. You will oversee campus recruitment, build strong relationships with universities, and guide recruitment initiatives across the region. This role is ideal for someone who wants to shape our early talent strategy and attract the next generation of talent.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan and implement campus recruitment strategies across India for Engineering, Management and Diploma streams.
  • Organize and participate in university events, career fairs, workshops, hackathons, and student programs.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, student groups, and placement cells.
  • Manage hiring for interns, graduate hires, and management trainees, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Support and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
  • Track recruitment metrics and share insights with HR and business teams.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top early talent.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in campus recruitment, early careers hiring, or graduate programs, with some team management experience.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel across India
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with ATS or recruitment platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Tamil , Kannada is an added advantage.
