Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). (BE,Btech, BCA, MCA)
• Good knowledge of BNG infrastructure, networking protocols, and broadband technologies.
• Good knowledge of BNG platforms and related technologies, such as IP routing, MPLS, QoS, and AAA.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues specific to BNG.
• Should have work experience in any of the protocols: PPPoE/PPP, Radius, DHCP,VRF,VLAN
• Conduct pre-implementation testing and verification to ensure changes are properly configured and aligned with network standards.
• Monitor the progress of change implementation, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the process.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA) are a plus.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of BNG architecture and subscriber management
• Hands-on experience with protocols: PPPoE, DHCP, RADIUS, IPoE
• Understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
• Experience with telecom networks and ISP environments
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
• Knowledge of MPLS and broadband access technologies
