- New Dashboard with combine Event and Performance Metrics (Creating Custom Dashboard).
- Build Monitoring deployment Package (Agent + KM).
- Configure and enabled Monitoring policy.

- Demonstration of Incident Lifecycle - Opening a ticket, severity/priority assignment, queue assignment , ticket updates, SLA count, holding ticket clock, closure of ticket, feedback etc.
- Demonstration of Change Lifecycle - Opening Change Ticket, Relation with Incident, severity/priority, queue assignment, ticket approvals from CAB & other approvers, change notifications , ticket status change, ticket closure, customer communication etc.
- Demonstration of Problem Ticket Lifecycle - Understanding of Problem Management, RCA, Ticket opening and correlation with incident, RCA analysis, ticket update and ticket closure with appropriate RCA conclusion and communication.
- Configuration Management, CMDB Update Cycle and tracking.
- Demonstration of ITSM Smart Reporting – dashboard, story boards, stories, console, reports, roles, users.
