Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing principles, and HR practices is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or talent acquisition.
  • Ability to do multi-tasking and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for sales, marketing, or talent acquisition
  • Help maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions within the company
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
  • Contribute creative ideas for content creation, including blog posts, social media posts, and marketing materials

2. Experienced - 3+ Yrs (TA -International & Domestic hiring)

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. This role will focus on both international and domestic hiring, requiring expertise in navigating the complexities of recruitment across different regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global recruitment practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and attracting top talent.

 

Responsibilities:

International Hiring:

  • Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and attracting international talent
  • Conduct research on global talent markets and stay updated on relevant immigration and visa regulations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and develop recruitment plans for international positions.
  • Stay updated on global talent trends, market conditions, and immigration regulations to inform hiring strategies.

 

Domestic Hiring:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define candidate profiles
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on the status of open positions

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.

 

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing international and domestic hiring.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Prepare and review employment contracts, offer letters, and other hiring-related documentation.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on international and domestic hiring.
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and immigration laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
