Resident / Network Engineer- L1 Engineer

• Responsible as single point of contact for any escalations across
• Ensure committed delivery on the network uptime front.
• Governs the program end to end for service assurance.
• Single point of contact for any incidents / escalations
• Managing/Supervising timely resolution of escalations/tickets via
• Circle level Project Managers and VF NOC.
• Co-ordinates with customer/Local Head Office Manager for all customer related
• communication.
• Conduct periodic reviews and track Risk, Issues and dependencies.
• Monitors the SLA and KPI performance at overall program level.

Responsible for all technical issues concerning the network.

• SLA Adherence For Circuits, to ensure uptime of 99.5% is met.
• Follow up on Aging cases & ensure closure in coordination with RPM.
• Change Request TAT Adherence .
• 100% MACD request to be closed with in committed TAT
• Reducing customer end issue.
• Analyzing & amp; SIP implementation for repeat Faults .
• Change management
• SLA management
• Publishing of Daily Fault Tracker .
