Resident / Network Engineer- L1 Engineer
- Responsible as single point of contact for any escalations across
- Ensure committed delivery on the network uptime front.
- Governs the program end to end for service assurance.
- Single point of contact for any incidents / escalations
- Managing/Supervising timely resolution of escalations/tickets via
- Circle level Project Managers and VF NOC.
- Co-ordinates with customer/Local Head Office Manager for all customer related
- communication.
- Conduct periodic reviews and track Risk, Issues and dependencies.
- Monitors the SLA and KPI performance at overall program level.
Responsible for all technical issues concerning the network.
- SLA Adherence For Circuits, to ensure uptime of 99.5% is met.
- Follow up on Aging cases & ensure closure in coordination with RPM.
- Change Request TAT Adherence .
- 100% MACD request to be closed with in committed TAT
- Reducing customer end issue.
- Analyzing & amp; SIP implementation for repeat Faults .
- Change management
- SLA management
- Publishing of Daily Fault Tracker .
