Job Overview

At least 0-2 years of Experience working with large-scale IP/MPLS Network and NOC operation. Candidate must possess a high-level of technical expertise, have strong organizational skills and be able to learn and define technical processes and procedures.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Scheduling and fetch the affected CKT data against any activity.
• Basic MOP Preparation, execution, Change activity for network improvement.
• Execution of the change activity as per MOP.
• Coordination with Customer for service confirmation.
• PRE-POST activity logs compare
• Reach out to L2/TL in case any deviations during any Change process/activity until successful closure
• Daily / Weekly MIS reporting and analysis.
• E2E ownership to assigned TASK until completion

 

Technical Skills

• Candidate should have the CCNA/CCNP knowledge/certification
• In-depth knowledge of Telecom/Enterprise service running on IP MPLS service provider network.
• Candidate must have strong knowledge & working experience with complete Nokia, Cisco, Huawei, Juniper network product lines and technologies.
• Strong understanding of IP networking principles, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, MPLS, L2VPN, L3VPN).
• In-depth knowledge of BRAS/BNG protocols and technologies.
• Working knowledge on MPLS L3 VPN services, L2 VPN domain.
• Good communication skill and customer centric approach.
• Able to Configure and Trace the L2VPN service end to end.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
• Active CCIE/CCNP/CCNA in Routing and Switching is *strongly* preferred
