Position Details: Sales Director/ VP/ General Manager – SAP sales

Job Description

·        This position is for a Vertical leader for SAP sales and will be part of senior management team

·        Proven track record of direct sales and leading a cross functional team

·        Sales funnel development and management

·        Ability to accurate forecast and drive sales targets

·        Responsible for demand creation, opportunity identification, development, and selection of opportunities in line with company’ s go to market strategy

·        Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline

·        Must be able to demonstrate deep understanding of the SAP marketplace and its future as well as client's business, organization, culture, pain points, and compelling reasons to buy SAP products like SAP S/4 HANA, SF and Ariba

·        Should be able to create, articulate, and sell an innovative business vision and value proposition

·        Actively understand prospects ‘technology footprints, growth areas and competitive environment.

·        Appropriate interaction with the various teams to successfully engage on the opportunities so that the client clearly understands value proposition in this business area

·        Should have strong relationship with OEMs

·        Should have strong networking skills with clients and excellent relationship skills

·        Should be able to build, mentor associates or junior sales resources

Location: Delhi NCR/ Bangalore/ Mumbai

Required Qualifications

·        Bachelor's Degree

·        Total 8-15 years in IT product and service selling

·        At least 5 years experience in Business development of SAP solutions

·        Readiness to travel

·        Fluent English, written and spoken
