Description:
6.1 Work Scope:
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports of the below mentioned are to be prepared and update at scheduled intervals.
- Downtime Report (to used only by LabOps to report downtime for Labs, start and end dates to be put in respective fields, and downtime duration -in hours- in Labels field)
- Escalation Report (to be used only by LabOps to report Escalations got from DU’s Project or Line Managers. Description field will include proper description of the event: what, why, impact and lessons learned.
- JIRA ticket / tracking / Backlog reports
- ESD weekly reports
- Calibration reports
- Electrical power consumption reports
- DC rectifier utilisation reports
- RF radiation reports
- Cabling / Dressing check list report
- Daily Temperature monitoring reports
- LAB cleanness reports
- Lab access request reports
