NOC Engineer

NOC Engineer requirement: - Network Operation Centre (NOC) Engineer have Following main roles:

1. To ensure maximum possible service availability and performance.

2. Faults are resolved within SLA as agreed with customer.

3. To provision customer network services on Access/aggregation equipment based on MPLS TP.

4. To provide required support services to Field support teams.

5. Must be willing in working in shift duties.

6. Good communication skills.

Required Qualification and Experience.

1. Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering (preferably in Electronics and communication)
2. Good Knowledge in Switching and routing, IP fundamentals, Subnetting.
3. CCNA course is additional advantage.
4. Good knowledge in SDH/DWDM equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Good knowledge and understanding of the fiber network, optical power budget
6. At least 1-2 Year in NOC related operation mainly in MPLS-TP and SDH transport field.
7. Basic understanding of Linux
