Description:
NOC Engineer requirement: - Network Operation Centre (NOC) Engineer have Following main roles:
- To ensure maximum possible service availability and performance.
- Faults are resolved within SLA as agreed with customer.
- To provision customer network services on Access/aggregation equipment based on MPLS TP.
- To provide required support services to Field support teams.
- Must be willing in working in shift duties.
- Good communication skills.
Required Qualification and Experience.
- Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering (preferably in Electronics and communication)
- Good Knowledge in Switching and routing, IP fundamentals, Subnetting.
- CCNA course is additional advantage.
- Good knowledge in SDH/DWDM equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the fiber network, optical power budget
- At least 1-2 Year in NOC related operation mainly in MPLS-TP and SDH transport field.
- Basic understanding of Linux
