Project Management To manage the technical & economic feasibility and execution of Technology transfer Projects for example production line movement from Europe to India To coordinate with transversal team to ensure project execution as per time to market	Actual vs. target Timely completion of projects NPV	2	Project Manager
Industrialization (New products/ Technology transfer) Capacity analysis Line Design Facility arrangements To prepare PFD/PFMEA/Control chart etc. To write technical specifications for Jigs, fixtures etc. 5s, Kanban, Lean	Project execution as per project planning. Investment within defined budget.	2	Direct Manager
To update the Project monthly report Project timesheet management Industrial investment follow up for the plant (production, building, others).	Dashboard Planned vs. Actual Monthly follow-ups and reporting of investment	2	Direct Manager
Continuous Improvement To introduce lean manufacturing concept like JIT, MUDA, MURA, MURI, 5S, KANBAN, KAIZEN. To eliminate process rejection and provide POKA-YOKE to arrest potential operator’s mistakes. Process automation Jigs & Fixtures design to improve product quality. Time & Motion analysis To re-adjust the manufacturing process as per new demand from the customer.	Rejection % reduction Reduction in customer PPM	2	Direct Manager

		Education & background required Curriculum typically required accessing this type of position, in terms of vocational qualifications and years of work experience. Other atypical career paths may be accepted.
	Bachelor / Master Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering with 8 -10 years of relevant experience. To have good exposure to Indian UPS and or switchgear industries and the current technical trends.



		Skills requirements Technical and managerial skills that are essential for successful job performance.

Technical:			Lean Manufacturing exposure Experience of 6 – 8 years in process engineering Hands-on experience in technology transfer project management MS-Office, ERP
