Test Bench development & Automation

Specification preparation for production test bench for routine test.

Vendor Development with purchase dept.

To ensure the successful installation of test benches.

Troubleshooting during development of all test benches.

Responsible for development of automation tools for traceability.

Development & installation as per project plan

Direct Manager

UPS Troubleshooting & database management:

To support UPS routine test & customer FAT.

Maintenance of traceability and test record data for UPS.

Troubleshooting of UPS due to failure identified during testing.

To ensure zero shutdown of production due to test bench failure.

To prepare the data log and to define corrective and preventive actions for all failures for future references.

Upgradation and maintenance of data base and software of all test benches.

Responsible for level 3 troubleshooting for UPS. Hands on Knowledge of AOI, ICT, FCT is must

Label Management

Label (product & Packaging) design and development.

Taking approval of marketing and legal department for label design validity.

Upgradation and implementation of labels as per HQ standards.

Management of Label database & Software

Responsible for managing label’s life cycle

Education & background required

Curriculum typically required to access this type of position, in terms of vocational qualifications and years of work experience. Other atypical career paths may be accepted.

 

 
  • BE / B.Tech Electrical & electronic / electronic & communication / instrumentation with 10+ years of relevant experience in ATE (Automatic test equipment), Automation and SPM (special purpose machine).
  • Good knowledge of UPS standards, testing and certification
  • Hands-on experience on power equipment handling
  • Expertise in automation tools
  • Expertise in database development
  • Experience in data acquisition is added advantage
  • Knowledge of Schematic development
  • Knowledge of communication protocols
