Job Description

1. Responsible for performing daily operations and activity in the regional office.

2. Resolving issues related Hardware and software of internal and external users.

3. Assembling and dissembling desktop and laptops.

4. Trouble shoot all Hardware related issues related to Laptops and Desktops.

5. Troubleshooting the networking related problems.

6. Troubleshooting & maintenance of PC and Laptops.

7. Fault finding & trouble shooting of Monitor, SMPS, and Mother Board.

8. Installation of Operating Systems Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 Windows 10.

9. Installation of various software.

10.Installation of device drivers & hardware components.

11. Configuration of Printer, Modem, Scanner, Routers.

12. Installation and configuration of Network Printer.

13. Provide IT support on floor.

14. Configure outlook, antivirus, Software etc
