Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Head to oversee our financial operations in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial planning, analysis, accounting, treasury management, tax compliance, and financial reporting functions.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to ensure the financial health of the company
2. Oversee the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reports
3. Manage the accounting and bookkeeping functions of the company
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
5. Manage the company's cash flow and treasury operations
6. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
7. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
8. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports
9. Develop and implement internal controls to minimize financial risks

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CA preferred
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
3. Experience in managing financial operations in India
4. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and lead a team
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
8. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Salary:

The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
