Position Details: Support Engineer in Private 5G Segment
Description:
- Basic understanding on telecom and networking. RAN, 4G, 5G components, architecture and call flows.
- Good communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Respond to alerts and incidents, investigate root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues and escalate as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Inquisitive & Ability to learn quickly
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Provide first-line support to internal and external customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication throughout the process.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
