Description:
Position: Project Manager
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience: minimum 3 years in telecom project management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing telecom projects, including WAN connectivity and related products (MPLS, ILL, NPLC, PRI, SIP, AWS).
- Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams and external customers.
- Excellent knowledge of pre-bid and post-bid processes.
- Experience with SLA management, billing documentation, and project closure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to handle escalations effectively.
- Proficiency in data presentation and tracking tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution:
- Oversee WAN connectivity projects and telecom products, managing high-bandwidth orders for major customers.
- Liaise with SME clients and service providers for project execution, conducting status reviews with stakeholders.
- Manage testing plans with customers to ensure functionality and integration.
- Stakeholder & Progress Tracking:
- Work closely with the Circle Head to ensure timely project execution and escalate issues to prevent delays.
- Provide weekly project updates to customers and teams.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and weekly meetings to track project progress.
Bid & Documentation:
- Participate in pre-bid and post-bid discussions with relevant teams.
- Prepare billing and project closure documentation, presenting project data to stakeholders.
