Job Description: 

1. Co-ordination with Indovision’s Site Managers working at Customer Locations and handling the group of resources.
2. Co-ordination with HR and Compliance Team at Indovision’s Corporate Office at New Delhi and ensure the smooth functioning of Projects.
3. Meeting with Customer’s Project Managers for smooth functioning of Manpower Projects.
4. Managing the Customer escalations, complaints
5. Visiting the Existing Project Sites and review of project status.  
6. Visiting the potential new projects and study of scope of work and help in preparation of Techno-Commercial Proposals
7. Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS preparation and submission to Customers and Indovision’s Project Director
8. Ensure the availability of Consumables and Safety Items at Customer Locations, as per need of the project.
9. Ensure the availability of sufficient number of manpower at all sites, as per agreement with Customer.
10. Ensure the adherence of HR Compliances for all Customer Locations.
