We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, identifying, and hiring qualified candidates, as well as being an expert in CTC negotiation.
- Talent Sourcing by using multiple recruitment channels (job boards, Naukri, social media, referrals) to identify and engage top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gather detailed job requirements and customize recruitment strategies to identify the most suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements and adapt recruitment strategies to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
- Create and manage job postings on various platforms to maximize reach to diverse talent pools.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Expertly handle CTC discussions, ensuring competitive and mutually beneficial packages for both candidates and the organization.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the opencast/ applicant tracking systems , and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Expertise in CTC negotiation, with a deep understanding of compensation structures.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting in telecom and IT industries.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- HR or recruitment certification is an added advantage.
