TX Engineer

> Parameter and feature Check and provide suggestion to improve network quality.

> Hands-on Work experience on Transmission media circuits of NMS like ECI, Tejas, Ciena

> Customer focused and process oriented.

> Link configuration and testing on MUX.

> A team player with experience of working operationally with a multi-cultural environment.

> Knowledge on XCAl/TEMS/AZQ tool for drive test

> Familiar with integration, troubleshooting and technical support to field team, links upgradation activities.                                                         

> Troubleshooting of Fttx Media (GPON GEPON Technology) and fault resolution

> Support responsibilities include 24x7 rotational on-call support, troubleshooting, incident notification and resolution, problem management, and root cause identification.

> Knowledge of Multiple network equipment (OLT) and the Internet subscriber

> Fiber construction work & fiber work like as Blowing.

> Installation and servicing of ILL, LL, ISDN (P) and ISDN (B) links, by using required media (copper, fibre or RF).

> Knowledge of Doing Optimization of Antenna.

> Commissioning of new links.

> Handling of trouble ticket opened for all types of ILL and PRI affected services.

> Audit of customer network design.

> Co-ordination with last mile provider for earliest restoration of reported issue.

> OSP route planning with O&M Team. 

> Responsibility to provide the end to end resolution to all type of corporate leased Circuits of different capacity (E.g. E1, STM1….STM 64, SDH, PDH etc.)

> FTTH link Commissioning.

> Knowledge on IP Addressing with a good understanding on Layer 2 & layer 3 devices.

>  Interaction with customers for resolution of any technical issue related to leased services.
