About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining high-quality documentation that effectively communicates information to the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and edit telecom product documentation for hardware and software products, which includes Troubleshooting Manuals, Installation Manuals, User Manuals, and so on.
2. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information and translate it into user-friendly documentation.
3. Update existing documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current product versions.
4. Edit and proofread technical content to ensure grammatical correctness and technical accuracy.
5. Adhere to the style guide and participate in peer reviews.

Must Have:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent degree.
2. Between 4 -6 years of technical writing experience
3. Proficiency in MS Office
4. Proficiency in VISIO
5. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
6. Excellent time management skills
7. Excellent written, oral, and organizational skills
8. Thorough understanding of technical publication standards such as MSTP, Chicago Manual of Style
9. Experience writing product documentation for technical users
10. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
11. Adaptability to learn new tools and technologies

Good to Have:

1. Experience in the Telecom domain
2. Proficiency with documentation tools
3. Familiarity with AIML tools like Grammarly

Familiarity with Image editing tools like VISIO
