We have 2 positions for SME Resources (Senior Engineer/Expert) and 3 positions for L2 Resources (Intermediate Engineer), with flexible 24/7 shifts.
Job Description :
JD for SME resources:
- SD-WAN Build & Configuration: Oversee the technical and administrative activities related to the SD-WAN implementation, including the build, configuration, integration, and handover of managed security services.
- Template Design: Design and create new templates for SD-WAN deployment, as well as troubleshooting template-related issues in Fortinet SD-WAN solutions.
- Fortinet SD-WAN Troubleshooting: Advanced troubleshooting skills for Fortinet SD-WAN solutions, including policies/template/configuration adjustments and integration with security frameworks.
- Fortinet Management Tools: Proficient in using Fortinet FortiManager (FMG) and FortiAnalyzer (FAZ) for template creation and management, and solving complex configuration or deployment issues.
- Extensive knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, RIPv2, static/dynamic routing) and how they integrate with SD-WAN technology.
- Strong understanding of both Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity, IP addressing, and routing.
- In-depth experience in implementing and managing security features within an SD-WAN architecture.
JD for L2 Resources:
- SD-WAN Configuration & Troubleshooting: Perform day-to-day configuration and troubleshooting tasks for Fortinet SD-WAN, including basic troubleshooting on Fortinet SD-WAN controllers (FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer).
- Site Onboarding: Assist with site onboarding and day0 configurations, including HA configurations for SD-WAN deployments.
- Template Management: Experience attaching and managing configurations and templates via FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer, ensuring correct configurations are applied.
- Routing Protocol Knowledge: Solid understanding of common routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, RIPv2, static and dynamic routing), and their role within the SD-WAN environment.
- Fortinet SD-WAN Management: Knowledge of basic SD-WAN deployment and troubleshooting techniques on Fortinet devices.
