Job Title: RAN Integration Engineer
Location: Mumbai, Vashi
Experience: 4+ Years
Qualification: BE in Electronics/Electrical/Telecom
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform commissioning and integration of LTE (eNB) and 5G NR (gNB) equipment
Provide technical support during network deployment and rollout
Troubleshoot RAN-related faults at system and network level
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for issue resolution
Support VoLTE and other LTE/5G network features
Configure network parameters and ensure proper system functionality
Work on EMS/OSS tools for integration and monitoring
Support network operations and optimization activities
Ensure smooth deployment and operational stability of RAN network
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in LTE and 5G NR integration and commissioning
Good understanding of GSM, LTE, and 5G network architecture
Knowledge of EMS/OSS tools and network integration processes
Understanding of IP networking, protocols, and QoS
Basic knowledge of LTE protocol stack (RLC, MAC, Physical layer)
Experience in troubleshooting RAN and network issues
Knowledge of VoLTE and air interface signaling
Basic knowledge of Linux, Excel, or scripting tools is preferred
Preferred Skills
Experience in virtualization or cloud-based RAN environments
Knowledge of 3GPP standards
Understanding of RF concepts and network optimization
