Job Description: Technical Trainer
Position Summary
The Training Support Specialist will design and deliver training programs for Samsung in-house staff and SOLPAR Crew. This role ensures proper knowledge transfer for LTE/NR hardware installation, quality assurance, and operational processes while providing first-level field support. The specialist will work with Circle leadership and NHQ teams to identify skill gaps, develop e-learning modules, and create training manuals to enhance project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery:
- Conduct technical training sessions for Samsung teams, in-house staff, and SOLPAR Crew.
- Provide specialized training on:
- LTE hardware installation and RFE-1
- Quality assurance and ATP processes
- EMF, SCFT, and CLOT modules
- eNodeB integration
- Train Circle Warehouse teams on relevant processes.
Field Support & Quality Assurance:
- Offer first-level support for alarm rectification and on-the-job training.
- Assist site audit teams in maintaining zero-punch-point sites.
Skills Assessment & Development:
- Identify training needs through discussions with teams.
- Conduct training sessions on installation issues and troubleshooting.
- Develop e-learning modules for project requirements.
Reporting & Monitoring:
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly training reports.
- Generate quality reports and implement training to reduce gaps.
Special Assignments & Cross-functional Support:
- Handle special projects as assigned by NHQ or Circle teams.
- Support training in other circles when needed.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in LTE/NR hardware installation, RFE-1, and quality processes.
- Strong understanding of EMF, SCFT, and CLOT frameworks.
- Ability to develop training materials and e-learning content.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience in field operations and quality assurance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of Telecom experience.
- At least 6 months of experience in technical training.
- Familiarity with telecom installation, RF standards, and site quality processes.
- Strong background in field support and troubleshooting.
