• Must have hands on experience of OSS & Performance KPI Monitoring and Optimization. |

• Hands on experience on RF optimization PM tools i.e. Mycom, JCP, USM/LSMR etc. |

• Thorough understanding of 3GPP specifications for LTE/LTE-A/5G features and Protocols. |

• Good understanding of VOLTE/CS network and call flows. |
| 11 |
• Good analytical and logical skills. |

• Must be a good team player having the ability & attitude to resolve the customer issues (external as well as internal). |
