Roles & responsibilities:
- End to end hiring with Minimum 7 external offers per month,
- Sourcing of Minimum 35 "qualified" profiles per month.
- Offer declines will not be counted in target achievement in the respective month.
- Take full ownership of and manage the hiring plans for your business lines
- Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs and outsourced partners to deliver workforce and talent acquisition plans.
- Proactively connect with top talent and build a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions and leadership positions
Penalty Clause (All that applies):
- Minimum Expected 7 External Offers in a month 2.5 % reduction in overall month-end billing for 5-6 offers in a month 5% reduction in overall month-end billing for 4 or less offers.
- Minimum Expected 3 External Diversity Offers in a month 2.5 % reduction in overall month-end billing for 1-2 offers in a month. 5% reduction in overall month-end billing for 0 diversity offers in a month.
- Minimum Expected 35 "qualified" profiles sourced per month as a collaborator to TA Team. *Qualified refers to profiles shortlisted by Hiring Managers for interviews. 2.5% reduction in monthly billing for less than 30 profiles per month.
- After 2 months review if total sourced profiles (shortlisted by Hiring Managers for interview) are less than 30 per month and total external offers are less that 5 per month, resource change request.
