Bid Management:
Lead and manage the entire bidding process from tender identification to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary information for tender responses.
Ensure timely submission of bids, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Tendering & Government Portals:
Handle the end-to-end process for government tenders, primarily on the GEM portal.
Monitor GEM portal for new tender opportunities, and analyze them for suitability based on the company’s capabilities.
Prepare and submit bids on GEM portal, ensuring all documentation is correctly filled out and presented.
Client & Partner Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, resellers, and buyers to leverage opportunities for business development.
Collaborate with OEM panels and reseller panels to identify new business opportunities and enhance the company’s footprint.
Business Development & Strategy:
Analyze business trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to build a strong bid pipeline.
Develop tailored strategies to win competitive tenders and expand the company’s presence in government and private sectors.
Monitor and evaluate the success of submitted bids and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
Internal Coordination & Reporting:
Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, sales, legal, and operations to ensure the bid aligns with company goals and operational capabilities.
Provide regular reports and updates on bid status, opportunities, and wins to senior management.
