Description:
Key Tasks:
1.To be involved in 24 x 7 Shift operations and extend support towards
customer project.
2.Takes end-to-end responsibility for troubleshooting and corrective
maintenance of Network, ensuring trouble tickets are actively managed
until resolution.
3.Contribute towards meeting project specific KPI, SLA & OLA metrics.
4.Provide Fault Management Support in RAN domain (3G/4G/5G)
5.Coordinate with Internal/External Customer/Ops team, in addressing &
resolving Network issues/outages.
6.Extend support to peers (AM/L2) as & when required.
Networks: 3G GSM/WCDMA 4G / LTE / 5G – Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson,Samsung.
Required Skillsets:
1.GSM / WCDMA Architecture & hands on experience in FM troubleshooting/remote support
2.Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson RAN elements
(BSC/RNC/BTS/WBTS/MRBTS/mcRNC/SRAN/MORAN)
3.OSS - NetAct / U2000 / M5000 / ENM
