Description:
Position Title: TAC-1 Engineer
Department: RAN Tech Support

Hands-on experience working with 4G and 5G Global Network Operators for tasks such as alarm and performance degradation detection, and first-level troubleshooting based on defined process workflows.
Proficient in collecting logs from system software and hardware using command log masks or GUI-based log collection, following process flows.
Strong understanding of alarms, KPI counters, and NR features as per 3GPP releases. Skilled in troubleshooting accessibility, mobility, retainability, and integrity issues.
Additional advantage: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools like tcpdump, Wireshark, Putty, and SecureCRT.
Must have experience working with Global Network Operators and Global Network Service Centers.
Experience as a front-desk engineer, handling technical queries from global customers.
Calm and confident in managing customer queries via voice and text.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to close-loop customer requests.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
B.Tech in Electronics and Communication or Computer Science.
