Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on experience in the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, testing, and integrating SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules to support seamless business operations and strategic decision-making. This role is crucial for driving process automation, system migration, and continuous improvements across finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and test SAP FI/CO modules including:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Fixed Assets

  • Treasury

  • Cost Center Accounting

  • Internal Order Accounting

  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

• Handle product costing in a manufacturing setup

• Create GL assignments and configure tax codes

• Draft and validate functional specifications for ABAP developments

• Participate in system migration projects including data mapping, validation, and go-live activities

• Implement automation initiatives and ensure integration with third-party software

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency

• Provide user training and technical support for SAP FICO modules

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of SAP processes and configurations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field

• 4–5 years of SAP FICO experience (preferably in manufacturing)

• Deep understanding of product costing and manufacturing finance

• Proficiency in GL assignment and tax code configuration

• Experience with end-to-end SAP migrations

• Strong grasp of automation tools and third-party integrations

• Working knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, PP modules

• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Able to work independently and cross-functionally

Preferred Skills:

• SAP FICO Certification

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA

• Familiarity with data migration tools and finance automation platforms

• Prior exposure to large-scale manufacturing environments
