Position Details: Cloud Service Engineer

About the Role 

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in AWS implementation, 2 migration, and optimization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing and managing secure, scalable cloud architecture, automating infrastructure deployment, and ensuring operational excellence across cloud environments. The candidate must have worked on production-level accounts for at least 5 clients, have experience with the APN portal, and have demonstrated 2-3 competencies. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure for scalable ERP and web applications. 

• Migrate existing workloads to AWS following the Well-Architected Framework. 

• Implement and manage VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, and related services. 

• Set up CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. 

• Manage security and compliance (IAM policies, KMS, GuardDuty, Config). 

• Optimize cost and performance using AWS tools and tagging standards. 

• Work with DevOps and development teams to automate infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation. 

Required Skills & Competencies 

• Proven experience in AWS setup, implementation, and environment management. 

• Expertise in networking (VPC, Route 53, Load Balancers, VPN). 

• Proficiency in Linux administration, Docker, and Kubernetes (EKS preferred). 

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana). 

• Understanding of AWS security, encryption, and compliance best practices. 

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and automation mindset. 

Preferred Certifications 

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional 

• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator 

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud setups (Azure/GCP). 

• Knowledge of ERP cloud migration or SaaS application hosting.
