Job Title: HR Generalist – Vendor Management
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with strong expertise in vendor management to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, coordination with external partners, and ensuring smooth vendor relationships to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end vendor management processes, including onboarding, documentation, compliance, and renewals.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies, training vendors, payroll service providers, and other HR service partners.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs and take corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments for vendor-related requirements.
- Handle HR operations such as employee onboarding, exit formalities, attendance, and leave management.
- Support HR policies, employee engagement activities, and grievance handling.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and prepare periodic reports for management review.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist with proven vendor management exposure.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools also in vendor management
