Job Title: HR Generalist – Vendor Management
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Experience: 3 to 5 Years

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with strong expertise in vendor management to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, coordination with external partners, and ensuring smooth vendor relationships to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end vendor management processes, including onboarding, documentation, compliance, and renewals.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies, training vendors, payroll service providers, and other HR service partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
  • Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs and take corrective actions when required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for vendor-related requirements.
  • Handle HR operations such as employee onboarding, exit formalities, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support HR policies, employee engagement activities, and grievance handling.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records and prepare periodic reports for management review.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist with proven vendor management exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools also in vendor management
