Job Title: RMA Support

Location: Gurgaon

Education: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Com
Experience: 10–12 years in Telecom (experience in handling spares & raw materials is a must)

• Strong knowledge of RMA process
• Expertise in Logistics, Operations, Material Handling (Inward & Outward)
• Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience
• Spares & Material Management
• Hands-on experience in SAP (MM Module – MIN, MRN, FMR, STO)
• Team Management & Process Operations
• Inventory & Vendor Management

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors/partners (Solpar) and project teams at all levels.
• Manage inventory on SAP MM module (including material consumption & reconciliation).
• Track daily material movement from warehouse to vendor/site.
• Coordinate with transporters for site/circle dispatch.
• Handle vendor material reconciliation for billing.
• Manage multiple vendors & project managers to meet daily targets.
• Collaborate with national & state warehouses for smooth material movement.
• Share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with project managers & circle heads.
• Support project roll-outs (ISP sites, sector/band addition, project & material planning, budgeting, and accounting).
• Perform daily warehouse inventory checks, report damage/loss, and update upcoming materials.
• Create OM requests for circle material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with PMO processes (product launches, risk/change management, project planning).

Working Conditions:

• Ensure integrated security management (physical, data, and equipment security).
• Participate in information security trainings & awareness programs.
• Flexible to work on-call/off-shift hours to support network & equipment maintenance, upgrades, or service interruptions.
