RedHat OpenShift and ceph cluster installation

JD and scope of work is as follows,

1. Design
   1. Conduct OpenShift design workshops with the applicable TPG stakeholders,
   2. Complete OpenShift HLD artefacts and build prerequisites,
   3. Conduct Ceph design workshops with the applicable TPG stakeholders,
   4. Complete Ceph HLD artefacts and build prerequisites,
2. Implementation
   1. Validation of prereq completion
   2. Deployment of non production OpenShift clusters
   3. Deployment of  non production Ceph Storage clusters
   4. Deployment of  production OpenShift clusters
   5. Deployment of  production Ceph Storage clusters
3. Testing and support for OSS integration
