Education and Experience Required:
- 5+ years of professional experience in telecom/IT operations.
 - Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in Computer Science or Electronics or Telecommunications or related fields.
 
Mandatory Skills:
NSP/NFM-P
- Working knowledge of NSP/NFM-P on FCAPS Functionalities.
 - Basics of Linux: command-line proficiency, system navigation, basic scripting (shell/awk/sed).
 - Strong understanding of telecom OSS and Trap flow from SBI to NBI via Element Management System (EMS) and Network Management System (NMS).
 - Familiarity with fault management processes and alarm correlation mechanisms.
 - Ability to perform routine system health checks, including NSP/NFMP Application and its Services monitoring.
 - Capable of conducting first-level analysis on system related alarms reported.
 - Basic understanding of:
- Network Topology, 
 - Statistics Manager,
 - Discovery Manager
 
 - Regular reporting and escalation of recurring or critical issues to L3 support and tracking to closure.
 - Performing trap testing, collecting TCP, debug logs, analysing the logs for diagnosis and Compatibility Checks.
 - Handling P2/P3/P4 customer incidents, adhering to defined SLAs.
 - Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7 support environment).
 - Preparation and documentation of known issues, workarounds, and SOPs for future reference.
 - NSP Kubernetes Certificate Renewal: Responsible for tracking and renewing expiring certificates; coordinating with Product Support teams and ensuring minimal disruption during renewal activities.
 - Application Upgrade Support: Assistance in Application version upgrades by performing pre-upgrade validations, supporting deployment activities, and conducting post-upgrade checks to ensure service continuity and functionality.
 - Node Integration: Hands-on experience with NFMP Nodes integrations and disintegrations, SNMP MD5 & DES passkeys generations, Mibs activation.
 - Knowledge on Property Resync, Alarms settings, Alarm policies, Alarms Squelching, TCA Policy, for restricting the alarms flow and severities
 
 
Additional Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Scripting experience on Shell/Perl/Python and APIs for automating routine tasks.
 - Exposure on Oracle PL/SQL, ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
 - Understanding of SNMP, syslog, and other telemetry protocols.
 - Experience with reporting tools and KPI/metrics dashboards.
 - Knowledge on Kubernetes, RHOS
 - Strong communication and documentation skills.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
