Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the SACM Manager to define and maintain naming conventions and identification standards for assets and configuration items (CIs).
• Manage and maintain Asset and CMDB/SURE tools, central libraries, and associated data to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Perform impact assessments for RFCs and validate that implemented changes align with authorized requests.
• Conduct configuration audits to ensure that physical and virtual network inventories comply with CMDB/SURE standards.
• Create and populate CMDB/SURE libraries and provide accurate CI status and reports.
• Participate in weekly CMDB forums to track issues, support continuous improvement, and report on CMDB health and performance.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, especially Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM).
• Hands-on experience with CMDB/SURE or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data quality.
