Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a workload of 38+ active positions and ensure a minimum of 9 offers released per month.
  • Source and collaborate on a minimum of 50 qualified profiles per month, ensuring a strong and continuous CV pipeline.
  • Ensure 35% of total offers meet diversity hiring targets as defined by the business group.
  • Maintain high-quality job advertisements (98% JD Quality) using tools such as HireBrain.
  • Drive stakeholder satisfaction, ensuring both hiring manager and candidate experience scores meet global targets.
  • Ensure data quality, system hygiene, and proper candidate dispositioning across all systems.

 

Performance Expectations:

  • Meeting all KPIs and SLAs as defined for sourcing, offer management, and diversity targets.
  • Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and recruitment operations teams.
  • Continuous improvement in process efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Adherence to quality standards and compliance metrics.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Delivery, preferably in IT/Telecom/Engineering domains.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume and senior-level hiring.
  • Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under strict timelines.
