Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a workload of 38+ active positions and ensure a minimum of 9 offers released per month.
- Source and collaborate on a minimum of 50 qualified profiles per month, ensuring a strong and continuous CV pipeline.
- Ensure 35% of total offers meet diversity hiring targets as defined by the business group.
- Maintain high-quality job advertisements (98% JD Quality) using tools such as HireBrain.
- Drive stakeholder satisfaction, ensuring both hiring manager and candidate experience scores meet global targets.
- Ensure data quality, system hygiene, and proper candidate dispositioning across all systems.
Performance Expectations:
- Meeting all KPIs and SLAs as defined for sourcing, offer management, and diversity targets.
- Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and recruitment operations teams.
- Continuous improvement in process efficiency and data accuracy.
- Adherence to quality standards and compliance metrics.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Delivery, preferably in IT/Telecom/Engineering domains.
- Proven experience managing high-volume and senior-level hiring.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
- Ability to work independently and deliver under strict timelines.
