About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, social media sourcing, and other research tools.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent on time.
- Conduct market mapping and research to identify relevant talent across industries and geographies.
- Manage multiple searches effectively with attention to detail and timely follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–8 years of hands-on sourcing experience.
- Proven track record in candidate pipelining for various functions.
- Excellent communication, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
