Job Description: Fault management Cloud + OSS
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and incident resolution for Nokia Cloud Platform (NCP), Nokia Cloud Operations Manager (NCOM), and other OSS products.
- Perform detailed fault analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for reported incidents and service requests.
- Handle and manage technical escalations for urgent cases, outages, or complex issues—both internally and towards customers.
- Work closely with GDC, Care, Field Teams, 3rd Party Partners, and Customers to drive timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain incident documentation, root cause analysis (RCA) reports, and preventive action plans.
- Ensure compliance with SLA commitments, maintaining high service availability and performance.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Cloud technologies, particularly Nokia Cloud Platform (NCP) and Nokia Cloud Operations Manager (NCOM).
- Good understanding of Fault Management, monitoring tools, and escalation processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities for cross-team collaboration.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
