Shift: Initially Genera shift later 24×7 rotational
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Network Access Control (NAC) Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting NAC solutions. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring that only authorized devices access the network and support overall network security and segmentation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the Network Access Control (NAC) system to ensure secure and authorized device access.
- Monitor and enforce network access policies in alignment with security standards.
- Assist in network segmentation activities to reduce vulnerabilities and strengthen security posture.
- Troubleshoot NAC-related issues, including authentication failures and device onboarding challenges.
- Work closely with the network and security teams to support compliance and access governance.
- Maintain documentation for NAC configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide support during audits, security assessments, and incident investigations.
- Perform routine monitoring and health checks of NAC infrastructure.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of NAC tools (e.g., Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, FortiNAC, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, switches, routers).
- Understanding of network authentication protocols (802.1X, RADIUS).
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
