About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Vertical Sales Head – Global Capability Center (GCC) who will drive business growth, establish the GCC vertical practice, and take complete P&L responsibility. This is a high-impact sales leadership role that requires strong expertise in solution selling, client acquisition, and vertical development. The role begins as an Individual Contributor (IC), focused on generating new business and expanding the GCC portfolio. Over time, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own team as the vertical scales.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:

• Drive end-to-end sales for the GCC vertical, including hunting, acquisition, and account expansion.

• Identify, target, and engage with GCC clients across industries.

• Develop and deliver high-impact sales pitches, proposals, and solutions.

• Build a strong pipeline and achieve revenue and margin targets.

Vertical Strategy & Practice Setup:

• Build and establish the GCC vertical as a strategic business unit.

• Define the go-to-market (GTM) plan, service offerings, and engagement models for GCC clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to structure solutions, pricing, and capabilities.

P&L Ownership:

• Own the P&L for the GCC vertical, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

• Monitor revenue forecasts, business performance, cost optimization, and financial health of the vertical.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and manage strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across GCC clients. • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.

Team Building:

• Initially operate as an IC; subsequently hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.

• Provide direction, coaching, and support to drive team success.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 12–18 years of experience in sales, Minimum 5 years in GCC ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of GCC landscape, operating models, and engagement frameworks.

• Proven track record of winning new business and meeting revenue targets.

• Excellent client management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

• Experience in building or scaling a business vertical is a strong advantage.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive outcomes.
