Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work closely with senior leadership (CEO/CXOs). The role requires strong coordination skills, discretion, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Experience in the telecom domain and IT domain will be an added advantage |
Key Responsibilities: - Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules for senior leadership.
- Prepare, review, and manage emails, presentations, reports, MOMs, and documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up on action items from leadership meetings to ensure timely closure.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Support leadership in day-to-day operations, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist in organizing board meetings, client meetings, and internal reviews.

Required Skills & Experience: - 2–3 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to CEO, CXO, or senior leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Telecom and IT industry experience is a strong plus.
- Experience in handling senior stakeholders and fast-paced environments.
