Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to technical hiring, stakeholder management, and sourcing through various job portals and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment cycle

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and other job portals

• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

• Conduct initial HR interviews and technical screening coordination

• Manage interview scheduling and follow-ups

• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding

• Negotiate salary and handle offer rollouts

• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining follow-up

• Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in hiring for IT roles (Developers, Network Engineers, Cloud, SAP, etc.)

• Knowledge of technical skills & IT terminology & Telecom Industry 

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in contract/permanent hiring

• Good stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously

• Experience in IT staffing/consultancy firm/Telecom Industry 

• Knowledge of ATS systems
