Position: - L1 Network support
Location: Zaheerabad – Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Near Bidar ‘T’ Junction, Sangareddy, Telangana
Travel: Required for Field Support
Role Summarr
Responsible for first-level network troubleshooting, monitoring, and escalation. Provides remote support for connectivity issues and basic configuration checks.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively monitor and perform regular health and performance checks of network devices.
Perform basic diagnostics (ping, traceroute, link status)
Assist in port resets and VLAN checks
Document incidents and escalate to L2/L3 as needed
Coordinate with hands and feet support for physical tasks
Attend and resolve basic network issues efficiently.
Coordinating with respective vendors for link management.
Incident Management: take lead role in co-ordination and communication between technical second/ third level support teams in system critical situations
Responsible for following team policies and procedures, team work assignments & schedules.
Worked with industry standard processes relating to change management and governance, such as ITIL
Positively influence end user perception
MIS Reports and daily call log sheet to be maintained and updated.
Creation of SOP
Required Skills
Basic TCP/IP Networking Cisco Routing, Switching, basic knowledge on Wireless Technology – WLC, Access Points, Various monitoring tools.
