Description:
Provide BTS Engineering and Power support, including site surveys and survey checklist preparation.
Installation & commissioning of Ericsson RAN equipment and power systems.
Design, engineering, and optimization of AC (UPS/Inverter), DC Power Plant (SMPS), and Battery systems (VRLA / Li-ion).
Support LTE and 5G NR (NSA/SA) RAN architecture and Packet Microwave transmission networks for multivendor environments.
Review CAD drawings, TSSR validation, infrastructure design (ALD), and engineering documentation.
Perform system-level troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for power systems including UPS, transformers, PIU, and battery banks.
Prepare solution proposals and deployment strategies for telecom power infrastructure.
Ensure engineering processes, SLA compliance, and incident response.
Support network integration activities for 4G / 5G BTS and Microwave products.
Update project milestones and documentation using tools (NDPd, NDPc, CQT, SharePoint) and customer tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
5–7 years of experience in telecom site engineering or RAN deployment.
Strong experience with 4G / 5G BTS, Microwave systems, and power infrastructure.
Expertise in power system design, integration, troubleshooting, and RCA.
Hands-on experience with network integration and site implementation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to follow global engineering standards and project processes.
