Job Title: CCH Technician – Returned Parts Analysis
Department: Quality / Customer Complaint Handling (CCH)

Job Summary:
Responsible for analyzing customer-returned parts, identifying defects, finding root causes, and supporting corrective actions to improve product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and analyze customer-returned parts for defects

  • Perform visual inspection, dimensional checks, and functional testing

  • Identify failure causes and support corrective actions

  • Maintain proper documentation and reports

  • Coordinate with quality and production teams

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of mechanical components

  • Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • Ability to read engineering drawings & GD&T

  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of quality tools like RCA, CAPA, FMEA

Qualification:

  • Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering

  • 1–3 years of experience in quality or failure analysis
