Job Title: CCH Technician – Returned Parts Analysis
Department: Quality / Customer Complaint Handling (CCH)
Job Summary:
Responsible for analyzing customer-returned parts, identifying defects, finding root causes, and supporting corrective actions to improve product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and analyze customer-returned parts for defects
Perform visual inspection, dimensional checks, and functional testing
Identify failure causes and support corrective actions
Maintain proper documentation and reports
Coordinate with quality and production teams
Skills Required:
Knowledge of mechanical components
Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability to read engineering drawings & GD&T
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of quality tools like RCA, CAPA, FMEA
Qualification:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering
1–3 years of experience in quality or failure analysis
